10. Sub-committee or task force:

(1) The committee may form a sub-committee or task force as needed to carry out the work it has to do according to this order.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the sub-committees or task forces formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
